General conditions and timetable
- Prices are related up to 4 persons; for 5 persons you must add 8€ per day or 50€ per week.
- You must add 40€ for final cleaning.
- In some periods it is requested a minimum stay of two nights.
- Lower prices for stays longer than a week.
- Pets are allowed, by previous agreement with owner.
- Arrival time and departure time have always to be comunicated by e-mail or by telephone.
Prices include:
- Water, gas and electricity use.
- Bed, bath, and kitchen laundry.
- Internet Wi-Fi.
Discounts
- Free stay is offered to babies (under 2).
